Christmas is coming to Northwood!
Again this year, FUMC’s Advent Mission Project will be a Toy Drive for Northwood Elementary School. Between Sunday, October 1, and Sunday, November 12 funds will be collected to help provide a Christmas gift for every single student to select at their December Christmas Celebration. Here’s how you can help:
Make a Monetary Donation. Help provide funds to purchase the toys. Donations may be dropped in the offering plate with “Toy Drive“ written on the memo line, to the church office, or via the GIVE tab on the website by selecting “Advent Toy Drive“. Our goal is for each child to receive a gift valued at $20. Please have all donations in by Sunday, 11/12.
Package Gifts. Head to the Allred Center following the December Great-Full Table fellowship meal on Wednesday, 12/13 to help sort and wrap the gifts.
Deliver Gifts to Northwood. Help load up the gifts and deliver them to Northwood on Sunday, 12/17. We will work together to turn their library into a winter wonderland!
Volunteer at Northwood‘s Christmas Celebration. Be there to witness the joy as each child selects their gift at Northwood’s Christmas celebration on Monday, 12/18. You won’t regret it!
