  • The High Point Community Chorale serves the city of High Point as both a community choir and as a community partner. The choir sings a variety of choral music including sacred, secular, patriotic, and popular songs. Each year, the Community Chorale presents a spring and a fall fund-raising concert in our sanctuary and donates the proceeds to non-profit agencies throughout the city.

    The choir is open to all ages and experience levels.

    Rehearsals are every Sunday from 3:00-4:30 in the choir room.

  • The High Point Community Handbell Choir is a community handbell choir that partners with the High Point Community Chorale. The Handbell choir plays a variety of sacred and secular music and often play as accompaniment to the Chorale songs.

  • Parson's Table began 1978 when showrooms were first starting to open on Wrenn Street. Some exhibitors soon realized there were no nearby food services for their clients. A few of the showroom owners approached ladies of First United Methodist Church and told them they would guarantee to buy at least 50 meals if the ladies would provide them. Thus began a thriving venture for the UMW in their quest to support numerous worthy charitable projects.

Circles provide opportunities for women to meet in small groups for mission and service, nurturing fellowship and support.
